Chain Store AgeCincinnati - Federated Department Stores completed the sale of its Lord & Taylor division to NRDC Equity Partners of Purchase, N.Y. The final sale price was adjusted to $1.08 billion from the previously announced price of $1.2 billion because of certain lease agreements with the buyer, Federated said.
The Lord & Taylor division includes 48 stores in nine states and the District of Columbia.
