Change remains constant at SouthPark, as the south Charlotte mall announced another new batch of stores Monday.
New to Charlotte is The Walking Company, a shoe store that will be across from Starbucks near the east entrance.
Other names joining the mall in the Hecht's wing: Abercrombie & Fitch Kids (a tween version of the retailer), The Children's Place, Pacific Sunwear and Avalon the Lifestyle Nail Salon. In addition, Anne's Hallmark and Claire's Boutique will expand and relocate across the hall from their current locations.
Champs Sports will also expand and relocate closer to Hecht's.
On the mall's west side, where Morton's recently opened a new steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant and California Pizza Kitchen open in March. Joseph-Beth Booksellers will open nearby April 29.
The mall has been remodeling and expanding for more than three years.
