I love Complex magazine! It’s not only a good culture resource; it also has a dedicated section each month for sneakers! And not just any sneakers: good stuff, stuff you can’t find at the mall. It’s like they took Slam’s Kicks magazine and merged it with GQ, Cargo and Sole Collector, without the respective baller/DJ, queer eye, mall slave and shoe snob personas those magazines project. Granted it’s not perfect, but it’s a nice magazine…AND THE SHOES! THE SHOES!
Also, check out Vitals. Only one pair of sneaks in the premier issue, (in the back: they’re special edition Dunks and they are phat) but it’s an otherwise perfect light read.
