IGIGI, Bombshell Magazine and Brand Talent Agency team up to find America’s next plus-size model.
My friend Ozlem Arpaci of IGIGI recently infomed me of a partnership between the plus-sized fashion label, Bombshell™ Magazine and Brand Model and Talent Agency for the Bombshell Model Search 2007 scheduled to run August 15, 2006 through October 21, 2006.
So, what does the lucky winner get? A plethora of prizes including a one year modeling contract with Brand Model and Talent Management and the oppurtunity to be the cover model for Bombshell Magazine's Launch Issue (May/June 2007) . Finalists will also recieve valuable prizes and a chance to model for Bombshell at a 3-day finalist photo shoot in Los Angeles with professional hair, make-up and styling.
Bombshell Magazine, www.bombshellmagazine.com, is an online fashion and lifestyle magazine that caters to plus-size women 14 and up. Founded in 2003 by Candace Werginz and Heather Benjamin, the magazine has successfully positioned itself within the plus-size fashion industry as a leader and advocate for plus-size women. The model search marks the official announcement of Bombshell in print scheduled to launch in May/June 2007.
