Slowly but surely it is. I was checking out the progress at Tanglewood Mall today.

Mostly tenant shifting. The new T.J. Maxx is well underway in the old Brendle's space, and all the spaces next to the current one are clearing out for something new.
Nice, is Slate Hill coming alone.
