Billa Supermarket in Romania


Some great photos of a Billa supermarket in Romania. Frequent steve's blog contributor Todd Long took these pictures and had this to say:

(top) This is the store.... looks a bit like a 60's airport terminal. Everyone shops here ZILNIC (daily) as their bags say. Billa is Austrian and were the first to arrive after communism and are ubiquitous as far as groceries here...

(bottom) This is Billa Supermarket's outdoor sign at night.... it a humongous shopping bag. if you were here, you'd get it. A "Billa bag" is the symbol of everything!
