don't ask unless you want an earful

Thought for the day: if you live long enough, someone will hate you for everything you do, especially when it's none of their business in the first place. Not trying to be a downer, but it's fact.

I hate my jobs. I hate the people I work with especially. I'm having a very bad day. Sorry.

I've been too busy between there and trying to get out a little, that it's basically impossible for me to be electronically social as I usually am.

I'll be alright.

  1. Well hope its gets better.
My day went down just now after reading metro.m comment about "He was banned from the forum for breaking the rules here. It had nothing to do with his age. We don't go on witchhunts for people that are underage, however, as many do in this age bracket, weill choose to cause problems on this forum, hence the ban. Of course the banned person will say they did nothing wrong. Please keep this in mind next time you create a post here like this."
That was hurtful, i mean I was told that I was getting banned because my age and plus the only trouble I think I would have caused was posting copyrighted stuff. Life is better with just vdogg and urbanvb as leaders of the forum. Oh well, I guess glitter doesnt always sparkle.
    Have a good day

  3. I think it's just getting to be that time of year when life is a damn struggle. Every day I wake up later and later...roll into work later and later...and motivation continues to dwindle.

Life is a plain old drag right now. No good holidays coming up, being single on Valentine's Day (or passed over...), it's damn cold outside, there's no day light.

Look on the bright side...some day the snow will melt, the sun will come back out and life will feel a whole lot better. Until then, retreat to your couch and bask in the comforting glare of reality television...where life is always more effed up then yours!

  4. Barf...I feel like a literary idiot (it was just a typo, honest!)

    "Then" = "Than"

  5. I guess you're right, except on the grammar mistake ;-)

Just kidding on the last part.

Anyway, I feel a little better after sleeping all afternoon, but I'm still pretty pissed at the day's events. When I get less pissed I'll talk about it here.

  7. I've been praying that things will be better though soon. God hears me, and I know things will be alright after a while, but I'm still a little upset.

  8. Hang in there Steve! Nobody hates you here in the blogosphere!

  9. Don't you hate how barfomungous reality (consisting of, but not limited to, boy/girlfriends, clientelle, customers and self-serving friends and family) differs from cyberspace?

I second Mitch's statement. Sometimes being 'Grover' to the world sets you up for some pretty unfavorable daily interactions.

Take a step back and gather your thoughts: we're here for you, eagerly awaiting a thoughtful rampage. We fully support and appreciate the whole Steve. Even those few extra inches occupying your Jordans.

  10. Mitch: Thanks man. you always know what to say.

Heather: Grover to the world? I like that. LOL

I'm almost ready to talk about what's been happening. I've calmed down a lot. Sleep can be a great equalizer, to be sure.
