Right now, the sleet is the consistency of a Slurpee, and will freeze up something fierce. Tomorrow it's supposed to warm up some, and I figure they'll scrape the roads then.
The ice was a nice ...but Im still waiting for my snow. I even took a piece of blue sidewalk chalk out on the sidewalk to draw snowflakes...in hopes to convince the moisture to flake out ;)
It's icy here in Greensboro too. Fortunately, the power's on. School was canceled too and I predict a 1-2 hour delay tomorrow.

I agree. I'm already sick of the ice.
ReplyDeleteI tried to be all artistic with that shot, but really what worked was the automatic settings on the camera.
Oh, my. I was about to throw a pity party since it's 32 degrees here! LOL. Weren't you keeping the windows open about 3 weeks ago?
ReplyDeleteStupid, dumb stupid Virginia. Can't make up its stupid, dumb, stupid mind.......
We've had a warm fall, which means winter may be especially rough. No matter; it'll finally get those mofos out of flip-flops for the year. LOL
ReplyDeleteIce? Snow? What are those?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, I guess you wouldn't know. LOL. You can have ours and get aquainted :-)
