Thursday in Pocatello, ID, men were strapping on stilettos for the annual “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” fundraiser.
About 60 men walked laps in women’s shoes to raise money for victims of domestic and sexual abuse.
They’re trading in their comfy sneakers for some not-so-comfy heels.
Each lap they walk earns money for Project Hope.
Brian Janssen, man in heels, said, “I’ve done five so far. It’s taken me about 8 to 10 minutes a lap so I’m not going real fast.”
Thursday’s event raised over $2,000 for Project Hope.
